Bailor issues the invoices

At every due date — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — the invoice is generated on its own and late payments are flagged. You touch nothing.

The rent is collected

The tenant pays in cash (you confirm with your PIN) or with mobile money from their app. Every franc is tracked on the invoice.

An unpaid invoice turns “late” automatically, with the number of days. Your dashboard stays accurate, to the minute.

Your invoice arrives

At month's end, a single consolidated Bailor invoice: 3% on mobile money, 399 F in cash, contract by contract. Payable or auto-debited.
