A month with no rent collected — what do I pay?

Nothing. Zero. No base subscription, no hidden fees — a contract that isn't working costs nothing.

What if a contract is paid in cash AND mobile money the same month?

Mobile money wins: the contract is billed 3% of the rent for the month, and that's it. The two rates never stack on one contract.

Does my tenant pay any fees?

No, never. They pay the exact amount of their rent, in cash or mobile money. Service fees are on the landlord.

Which country do these prices apply to?

This grid applies to Cameroon (FCFA). Other countries are coming — each will have its own grid tuned to local operators and habits.

What happens if I don't pay the Bailor invoice?

Your data is never locked or deleted. After a grace period, some features (WhatsApp reminders, new contracts) may be suspended until you settle up.
